Velocity Global is in search of a Senior Competitive Intelligence and Strategy Manager to steer our strategic programs and bolster our product marketing efforts. You will develop a Competitive Intelligence program, using in-depth market analysis and monitoring to inform strategic planning.

You will work with executive leadership and other teams understand competitive threats and market opportunities and translate these into product marketing and go-to-market strategies and training.

You will report to the Senior Director of Corporate Development - Strategy

This position is Remote - US

You Will:

Develop and oversee our Competitive Intelligence (CI) program.
Monitor the competitive landscape and market changes to inform executive leadership and staff.
Work with internal partners to summarize competitive advantages and guide strategic go-to-market decisions.
Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, insights, and training to counter competition and win important deals.
Manage marketing content that highlights the value proposition of our products.

You Have:

5+ years of experience in product marketing, competitive intelligence, or a similar role within the B2B SaaS, HR technology; or at least 3+ years of relevant experience in management consulting
Translate complex data into applicable insights
Experience conveying complex information
Collaborate with multiple partners and teams
