Requirements
  • University degree, certificate, or equivalent experience in Adult Learning, Education, or Learning & Development.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Learning & Development role.
  • Native-level fluency in both English and French (required).
  • Strong expertise in instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE.
  • Advanced proficiency with learning technologies, LMS platforms, and eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, etc.).
  • Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and translation platforms such as DeepL.
  • Exceptional facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to assess learning needs and develop solutions aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Design and deliver engaging learning experiences, including eLearning, virtual, in-person, microlearning, and video-based programs.
  • Lead full-cycle learning projects from needs analysis and instructional design through delivery and evaluation.
  • Coordinate training logistics, communications, materials, vendors, and session execution.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Learning & Development inquiries and support.
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain accurate learning records and catalogues.
  • Track learning metrics and program effectiveness to support continuous improvement.
  • Support L&D operations, vendor management, assessments, and budget administration.
Desired Qualifications
  • Project management, graphic design, behavioural assessment certifications, and change management credentials are considered assets.
  • Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and translation platforms such as DeepL.
