Requirements
  • 3-8 years of experience in sales strategy and operations at a B2B SaaS company
  • A track record of operating in cross-functional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a complex and fast moving environment
  • An analytical mindset and can deliver actionable recommendations out of datasets
  • Proficient with analytics such as Excel, Google sheets, Tableau, Metabase etc
  • Prior growth-stage startup experience highly regarded
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Possesses a hands-on, high-ownership, and a entrepreneurial approach
Responsibilities
  • Work directly with our Chief Revenue Officer on our go-to-market strategy as well as other critical strategic, organizational and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity and operational efficiency
  • Drive strategy and process improvements to promote sales performance and scalability
  • Create and own Smartcar's segmentation and verticalization strategy
  • Analyze key sales metrics to identify any trends or insights to help improve efficiency and present findings to leadership in a structured and data driven way
  • Build sales playbooks and enablement content for both internal and external use
  • Produce client-specific decks and proposals
