Responsibilities
  • Update existing business workflows and process narratives
  • Facilitate meetings
  • Provide testing support
  • Create end user documentation to support the implementation of the new system
  • Specify and document business functional and non-functional requirements for developers
  • Conduct business analysis interview sessions with key stakeholders
  • Revise, create and deliver supporting documents for the DFI - Workflow and Database Phase 2 Implementation including: Meeting Minutes with Subject Matter Experts, Meeting Agenda with Subject Matter Experts, Work with Project Manager on Acceptance/Evaluation Criteria, User Acceptance Test Cases, Impact Analysis, Gap Analysis, Opportunity Analysis, Problem Statement, and Requirements Trace Matrix Tracks
Desired Qualifications
  • Extensive knowledge of OnBase (OnBase knowledge considered desirable)
  • Experience with implementing a Commercial Off the Shelf Solution
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage stakeholder communications could be implied but not explicit
