  • An active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license is required.
  • Experience in long-term care and wound care is required.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.
  • A driver's license with REAL ID or other acceptable travel documentation is required.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical record systems is required.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds is required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
Responsibilities
  • Acquire new clinical accounts.
  • Meet and exceed new sales targets.
  • Grow existing clinical accounts by ensuring full patient visits.
  • Coordinate the logistical plan for physician skilled nursing facility service relationships.
  • Assist with hiring providers.
  • Manage the overall brand message.
  • Achieve revenue growth according to the expansion and growth plan.
  • Perform hands-on clinical responsibilities with skilled nursing facilities.
  • Meet key performance indicators for developing profitable territories quickly.
Desired Qualifications
  • Healthcare sales experience is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management or Business Administration is preferred.

Skilled Wound Care is a physician-led provider of wound-care services for skilled nursing and long-term-care facilities. Clinicians deliver bedside assessment and treatment while collaborating with facility teams on documentation, prevention, and follow-up. The organization also trains and supports physicians building specialized wound-care practices. The provider brings specialist physicians into post-acute facilities and integrates recurring rounds, bedside treatment, care-team communication, clinical documentation, prevention, supply decisions, and education intended to improve healing and reduce avoidable escalation.
