Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) discipline with 12 years of experience, a Master's degree in a STEM discipline with 10 years of experience or a PhD in a STEM discipline with 7 years of experience
  • Experience in engineering of systems on a chip components and accelerators.
  • Demonstrated ability to interface and collaborate with cross-functional, multi-discipline teams to deliver engineering outcomes
  • Experience facilitating internal and customer collaboration to capture and enhance engineering artifacts.
  • Demonstrated experience with Systems Development Lifecycle (Design, fabrication, and Test) focused on Stakeholder needs identification through Test Verification and Validation.
  • Risk and Opportunity Management experience.
  • Demonstrated Backlog Planning and Management.
  • This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. citizen.
  • Active DoD TS/SCI with poly clearance per business requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Low Power Superconducting Logic (RQL) device design, fabrication, and test engineers to monitor, track, and verify that device designs meet specifications.
  • Track new and emergent Low Power Superconducting Logic (RQL) device use cases utilizing your knowledge of systems engineering methods, tools and techniques.
  • Ability to operate in a team environment and collaborate across multi-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.
  • Ensure system technical compliance with the program Statement of Work (SOW) and system requirements.
  • Manage the vertical and horizontal technical integration throughout the product teams and program life cycle.
  • Collect, manage, and report the program metrics and Technical Performance Measures (TPMs).
  • Manage risk and opportunity and the production of core engineering work products and track the work products and associated program dependencies in the program schedule.
  • Coordinate between the System Architect, Chief Engineer, Product Team Lead(s), program manager, and customer to ensure the integrity and executability of the program technical baseline.
