  • Oversee IVF tailored Marketing campaigns in collaboration with Sales with the ultimate goal of improving market share.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on excellence and innovation. Lead a cross-functional team which will include a mix of direct and matrixed reports across Product, Medical, Marketing and Sales.
  • Work to develop a compelling user experience and product road-map for IVF.
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities to expand the IVF business.
  • Implement market development programs to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives of major IVF networks.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance service offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage external vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost efficiency.
