Responsibilities:
- Responsible for conducting technical reviews of Level Infinite game projects, identifying technical risks, and providing guidance.
- Lead teams with capability of technical resolutions to support Level Infinite’s game studios on game development, such as engine development, game tools, game architecture and game services etc.
- Manage development relationships with domestic and international game studios to ensure successful game delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Experienced in managing renowned AAA game development teams, proficient in Unreal Engine, and knowledgeable in GaaS (Games as a Service) architecture and performance optimization.
- Game development experience, PC/console would be a plus.
- Experience in development relationship management with multiple game studios, preferably worked with international game studios.
- English as working language to interact with stakeholders in various regions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

California, WashingtonThe base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $157,200.0 to $328,800.0 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
