Requirements
  • Have 3–6 years of experience, ideally with investing experience at a Tier-1 fund or consulting experience at an MBB or Big Four firm followed by a commercial role at a high-growth business-to-business software company.
  • Understand consulting partners’ incentives and speak their language credibly.
  • Manage 5–6 relationships at different stages simultaneously and determine which levers to use for each relationship.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and activate champions inside target firms, including practice leads and partners who own client relationships in financial services.
  • Travel regularly to build and deepen partner relationships.
  • Run structured account-mapping sessions and open 2–3 active deal threads per firm.
  • Co-deliver the first joint client engagements that generate case studies, trust, and internal proof inside partner firms.
  • Enable partner teams on Taktile’s platform and joint solution narrative.
  • Formalize relationships with clear key performance indicators, referral agreements, and co-marketing commitments once deal flow is proven.
  • Own a partnerships pipeline target and report on leading indicators, including champions activated, streams opened, and joint pitches in flight.
  • Collaborate with marketing on joint assets, including white papers, co-branded events, and thought leadership.
  • Feed intelligence from partner conversations back into product and sales.

Balderton Capital, Index Ventures, Tiger Global, Y Combinator and Dig Ventures also participated, bringing total funding to $184 million. The company enables banks and insurers to automate high-stakes decisions using AI agents, from underwriting loans to processing claims and detecting financial crime. One major insurer customer projects cost efficiencies exceeding $90 million in claims processing alone. Taktile has achieved outcomes including 95% automation in B2B underwriting and 75% fewer anti-money laundering false positives. Founded in 2020, Taktile serves customers including Mercury, Monzo, Faire and Pleo. The funding will expand its AI solutions and global presence across the US, EMEA and LATAM.
