Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume recruitment environments
  • Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting for Skilled Trades positions — required
  • Proven success in sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates in skilled labor roles
  • Proficient in ATS/CRM systems such as Eightfold, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Oracle
  • Hands-on experience using ADP in a recruiting or onboarding capacity
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Simpsonville
Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruitment strategies for skilled trades roles
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support
  • Build a top-of-funnel talent pipeline by leveraging multiple sourcing channels including job boards, networking, referral programs, and outreach campaigns
  • Engage diverse and qualified candidates to support hiring initiatives across a range of skilled trade functions
  • Utilize ATS/CRM systems to track candidates, manage requisitions, and streamline workflows
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through transparent communication and efficient processes
  • Provide regular updates and metrics reporting to hiring partners and recruitment leads
  • Use ADP systems in coordination with recruitment and onboarding workflows, as required
  • Stay informed of trends and best practices in skilled trades recruiting, sourcing strategies, and labor market conditions
