Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative support to technical programs, report preparation, word processing, vendor purchase order preparation, and basic cost data management.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense reports.
• Prepare and distribute reports, briefings, and other documentation.
• Provide administrative support to leadership, staff, and international teams.
• Liaise with overseas third-party agents to support operations.
• Maintain records and databases in compliance with security requirements.
• Track and report project and program status updates.
• Manage scheduling, correspondence, and general office tasks.
• Attend various staff meetings, draft and submit meeting minutes.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Five (5) or more years of experience
• Operation of office productivity systems
• Strong knowledge of Government program report requirements and formats
• Ability to obtain a secret clearance as required by the US Government contract

Working Environment:

Hybrid (telework and Columbia, MD on-site) Possible travel to Norfolk, VA.
