- Conduct needs analysis to determine customer requirements and propose solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to customers
- Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with customers
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities and strategies
- Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
