Requirements
- A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation are required.
- The ability to pass a background check according to state industry standards is required.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, email, and basic data entry, is required.
- The ability to work flexible hours, adapt to different client needs, and work independently in one-on-one settings is required.
Responsibilities
- Coach clients on building independent living skills.
- Encourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
- Help plan, create, and organize weekly goals and schedules for clients.
- Provide consistent documentation of progress through case notes and quarterly reports.
- Spend approximately 90% of the time in the field with clients and 10% on administrative and documentation work.
Desired Qualifications
- Behavioral health experience is preferred but not required.
