Fueling Brains provides educational programs focused on children’s brain development and learning. Its services take a holistic approach to building cognitive skills, with an emphasis on executive functions—the core mental processes that support planning, attention, and problem-solving—from childhood through adolescence. The offerings are based on research and aim to close cognitive gaps, improving how children think and learn. The organization operates internationally, growing from a small Calgary-area start-up in 2012 to serving tens of thousands of children with hundreds of staff, and positions itself as a challenger to traditional education systems by prioritizing evidence-based, brain-focused care. The goal is to advance childhood education through research-backed practices that support long-term cognitive development.
