Continuous delivers a mobile digital-wellness service that sends AI-generated prompts to a user’s lock screen to encourage quick moments of self-reflection without opening the app. Users select topics or AI coaches, or create custom prompt packs, and prompts refresh over time to stay relevant. It distinguishes itself by not requiring app opening or engagement tracking and by using a large library of coaches and topic-based, auto-updating prompts focused on digital detox. The goal is to help people build a regular mindfulness practice and reduce digital overstimulation.
