Responsibilities

Develop and execute unifying community strategy across different communication channels (Discord, blog, email etc.) and social media (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter)
Deeply understand motivations and goals of creators on Dorian and develop programs that help them achieve their goals
Translate insights into actionable materials that help creators delight their fans and grow on Dorian
Support and consult creators on using creative and monetization tools on Dorian
Identify and recruit potential power users and develop programs for them
Drive platform adoption and community growth through regular events
Measure the effectiveness of the programs and events against the creator success metrics and adjust your approach accordingly
Develop and enforce community guidelines to prevent harassment, abuse and toxic behaviors
Recruit moderators to promote friendly and collaborative community
Proactively collect and prioritize creators' feedback for the product team

Dorian is a venture-backed social creator platform that enables fiction writers to easily turn fiction into games, stream them and make money from their hobby!

We’re looking for a growth-minded community builder who will help us grow our community of creators and their fans. You’ll be responsible for our community communication channels and run regular community events and outreach programs. You’ll help creators amplify their games on Dorian and build their own fandoms by using our best in class tools for game writers and streamers.
