Systems Engineer

You Have: 

• 5+ years of experience with engineering and systems architectures, including design, development, and integration throughout the systems engineering process and systems development life cycle 

• ​​5+ yearsof experience with systems engineering for Navy or DoD project of systems supporting Mission Planning, Command and Control or Decision Support Systems

• Experience with project management to achieve cost, schedule, and performance goals

• Knowledge of collecting information to define system requirements and develop concept of operations

• Ability to lead Integrated Product Team and experience with Collaboration Tools, web-based portals or Wiki environments

• Ability to analyze customer capabilities and support mission through detailed processes and requirements traceability

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
