Requirements
  • 10 - 15+ years experience in a senior leadership role, heading up software product management and user experience
  • 10+ years experience in healthcare-related products
  • Demonstrated experience in driving business growth through product innovation
  • Must be a proactive, decisive leader who takes initiative and demonstrates a high level of accountability
  • Ability to effectively lead and communicate in a matrixed organizational model

  • Agile product discovery and development, launch and lifecycle management experience
  • Experience leading a cross functional organization in executing projects from ideation to completion
  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree or MBA preferred
Responsibilities
  • Provide strong leadership and evangelism of the product vision and strategy, clearly communicating the vision and strategy to teams and inspiring them to develop innovative solutions and a product portfolio that fit into the broader strategic framework
  • Operationalize and continuously improve product management processes and decision making, ensuring consistent execution from ideation to delivery, while aligning cross-functional teams and improving product lifecycle efficiency
  • Establish standardized metrics and tools for tracking product development progress, empowering teams to make data-driven decisions, optimize workflows, and consistently deliver high-quality products on time
  • Collaborate closely with the R&D leaders to develop scalable team structures that optimize the delivery of value and product quality, ensuring alignment across teams while fostering innovation and operational excellence
  • Partner with cross-functional business leaders, customers and stakeholders to lead and champion the development of new products and the evolution of existing ones that delight our customers and meet strategic and financial business objectives
  • Lead the product (outbound and inbound) and UX/product design team, distributed across the US and Tel Aviv, based on a proven track record of recruiting and leading top talent across multiple geographies; maintain and improve the team’s knowledge and expertise
  • Drive product innovation and delivery within current and new market segments that will enable Viz.ai to achieve growth ambitions
  • Assess financial and technical feasibility, estimate final product cost, price and margins, and develop strategy and distribution channels in collaboration with finance and commercial teams
  • Leverage market research, industry trends and an understanding of competitor strategies to drive analysis resulting in product change
  • Demonstrate passion for understanding client needs and pain points, identify opportunities for innovation and translate opportunities into a strategic product roadmap
