Responsibilities
- Customers: You'll be confidently and professionally engaging with customers; listening and responding to their requests or issues to leave a smile on their face wherever possible
- Dealers:You'll be working closely with our dealer partners on any aftersales issues to ensure our customers get a great service and that any issues reach a smooth resolution but be prepared to flag issues with dealers where issues may result from their side
- Organisation: You'll be arranging and co-ordinating repairs and generally ensuring the post purchase process runs smoothly for customers. Allocation and ownership of tickets on a daily basis
- Quality control: Flag trends and repeated issues to inform future decisions
- Teamwork: Ability to prioritise a busy workload. Muck in and have an 'all hands on deck' approach. Be able to work independently, but also enjoy sharing ideas across teams. You'll be a key part of the team within a busy sales environment and relish the hustle and bustle that comes with it
- Cost Control: You will be cost conscious and actively look for opportunities to provide a customer centric approach whilst balancing the cost in line with company and department objectives and goals
Desired Qualifications
- Customer focus: You've done customer-centric roles where you've regularly gone the extra mile, whilst being used to having difficult conversations when needed. Automotive interest/experience is a but isn't a requirement
