Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, with a primary focus on recruiting and new hire activities.
  • Support the recruiting process by assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, phone outreach, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Assist with weekly new hire orientation, including completing and reviewing I-9 documentation and ensuring new hire paperwork is accurate and complete.
  • Coordinate and maintain pre-employment background checks and drug screening processes, including timely data entry and follow-up.
  • Provide administrative support to Human Resources Business Partners and other Human Resources team members, including assisting with Human Resources activities at manufacturing plants.
  • Provide English/Spanish translation and interpretation support during orientations, trainings, employee meetings, and other Human Resources-related activities.
  • Assist the Benefits, Talent Development, and Recruiting teams with administrative tasks, projects, and department initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential candidate and employee records and assist with Human Resources reporting and data entry.
  • Provide professional and responsive support to candidates, employees, managers, and visitors, directing questions to the appropriate Human Resources team member when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
Desired Qualifications
  • An associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related area, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or Human Resources experience is a plus but not required.
