Requirements
  • 5+ years of procurement or legal operations experience
  • Experience working with purchasing systems like Coupa or Netsuite
  • Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel
Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle for all supplier-related contracts and other artifacts for assigned business units
  • Embed and establish rapport with business units to effectively advise on procurement strategy through data analysis
  • Track, measure, report, and evaluate vendor performance in the context of existing contractual obligations
  • Conduct risk assessments of vendors to drive risk-based negotiation approach
  • Act as a bridge between cross-functional teams such as Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Legal, Information Security, Compliance and the various business departments to creatively resolve any blockers and push transactions through to completion
  • Identify and support improvements to end-to-end purchasing processes, including supplier onboarding, contracting, and purchase order management
  • Maintain program for ensuring company-wide compliance with procurement policy
  • Act autonomously in project management, proactively pushing projects towards successful completion
