Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Leading your team to achieve store goals in repair volume, sales, speed, and profit.
  • Coaching and motivating your team to meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience by solving problems and empowering your team to do the same.
  • Maintaining store operations, including inventory management, a clean store environment, and adhering to Asurion’s values.
  • Inspire, develop, and coach team members to achieve their full potential. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Guide your team in delivering excellent service, solving problems, and offering tailored tech solutions.
  • Lead by example to address customer issues and help your team work through challenges.
  • Oversee repair quality, maintain inventory, and ensure a clean, welcoming space for customers and employees.
  • Support all roles in the store, from device repair to customer service.
