Seyna provides a B2B insurance brokerage platform in France that lets insurance brokers create, underwrite, and manage bespoke insurance programs that they can white-label to their customers. The core is a proprietary insurance and policy-management system with modules for underwriting, claims, compliance, and payment automation, enabling brokers to launch tailored insurance products quickly for lines such as pet health, travel, event cancellation, and rent guarantees. Revenue comes from both insurance activities and SaaS fees, not consumer-direct sales. A key differentiator is Seyna’s ability to underwrite its own products thanks to an ACPR insurance license, paired with a platform designed to support a end-to-end policy lifecycle for brokers, rather than simply acting as an intermediary. Its goal is to expand its software features and insurance lines (including health) across Europe, helping brokers scale personalized programs for a wide range of clients.

Seyna establishes itself as a European risk carrier with CAAREA.

Seyna establishes itself as a European risk carrier with CAAREA. By leveraging Seyna as its risk carrier, CAAREA accelerates its growth on the continent, starting with Spain. CAAREA is an international MGA specialising in affinity motor insurance. This partnership marks a new milestone in Seyna's internationalisation strategy, firmly positioning it as the reference insurer for MGAs with European ambitions. Charles Helliet Marketing Lead Updated on Seyna announces its partnership with CAAREA, an international MGA and Insurtech specialising in affinity motor insurance, to support its expansion across Europe. CAAREA: a globally-minded MGA and Insurtech. Founded over twenty years ago by Bruno Labuzan, CAAREA is an international MGA and Insurtech that industrialises the entire value chain of affinity motor insurance. Its European platform, CAAREA Solutions, is both an insurance and a technology platform: it covers the design, pricing, distribution, management and monitoring of insurance programmes for the automotive ecosystem - manufacturers, distributors, insurers, financial actors and pure players. Present across Southern and Northern Europe, Asia (China, Southeast Asia, India) and now the Gulf region, CAAREA operates with a strong conviction: its platform is deployable anywhere and constitutes an industrial standard that its clients can activate at international scale. CAAREA's offerings address motorists' needs across three core areas: the vehicle itself, the capital it represents, and continuity of mobility - with particular attention to the challenges of electric mobility. "We need risk carriers who truly understand how an MGA works. When we met Seyna, we very quickly understood that we were made to work together. Our cooperation serves a clear goal: to strengthen European insurance and technological sovereignty and performance." Bruno Labuzan, CEO of CAAREA A risk carrier equal to a European ambition. To select its risk carriers, CAAREA applies four non-negotiable criteria: longevity, financial strength, European footprint, and genuine understanding of how an MGA and Insurtech operates. It is on the basis of these requirements that Seyna was chosen - a technology-driven insurer capable of matching the pace and ambitions of an internationally-minded MGA. In practice, the collaboration between the two entities rests on a clear division of responsibilities: CAAREA designs, prices, distributes, manages and monitors its own programmes; Seyna steps in as risk carrier, providing execution speed, financial robustness, regulatory expertise and the European geographical coverage required at each launch. Both teams work in co-construction, jointly validating legal and regulatory requirements to move quickly, without compromising on quality. "To illustrate our relationship: a start-up we were supporting wanted to insure vehicles for people with reduced mobility. In less than two weeks, we went from the initial project to distributing the first policy. That is only possible thanks to our technologies and the support of an agile insurer like Seyna." Guilhem Marijon, Deputy CEO of CAAREA Spain as the first ground for a shared European expansion. This partnership is part of a broader internationalisation momentum. Seyna, already present in France, Germany, Spain, Poland, Belgium and the Netherlands, is reinforcing with CAAREA its capacity to operate as a pan-European risk carrier. Spain is the first priority market for this joint deployment - a historic market for CAAREA, where it intends to significantly accelerate its growth. For Seyna, supporting a MGA of CAAREA's calibre internationally represents a further validation of its model: to be the most efficient insurer for brokers and MGAs, regardless of product complexity or target geography. Both players share the same ambition: to build together the European champion of affinity motor insurance. "Our relationship with CAAREA is strategic to our European development. CAAREA brings rare product expertise and a proprietary technology infrastructure; Seyna brings financial strength, regulatory expertise and a genuine European footprint. That is the winning combination." Etienne Longeaud, Sales Director of Seyna
