  • Experience working directly with the Workday Student Financials module at a college or university, or as a Workday Student Financials consultant.
  • 5+ years experience working in the Student Accounts, Accounts Receivable, Cashier, or Bursar office in a higher education institution.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing student billing processes, tuition calculation, and accounts receivable within Workday.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Workday Student Financials module.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer service-focused approach.
  • Self-directed with strong problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
  • Provide Workday implementation services related to Student Accounts including training, functional consulting, and technical support.
  • Analyze and optimize current business processes related to student billing and accounts receivable.
  • Troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Workday Student Financials module, ensuring seamless operation for our clients.
