AT A GLANCE

As a Senior Associate of Paid Media, you will help us establish and execute the strategy and operations for paid marketing channels for our online health platform. At RVO Health, Senior Associates of Paid Media are responsible for implementing, analyzing, and optimizing paid search and social campaigns to grow performance. In this role, you’ll need to think strategically and act tactically. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities to deliver revenue and instilling data-driven best practices. If you like digital marketing, data technology, and analytics, you’ve come to the right place. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns will deliver core business objectives.

Where You’ll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Atlanta office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day execution and analysis of paid media campaigns across advertising networks (Meta Ads, Google Ads). Accurately pace daily paid media budgets with a focus on driving high-quality site traffic.
• Identify, design, test, and report on opportunities for account implementation and optimization.
• Create and deliver campaign performance reports and presentations.
• Analyze data to make recommendations to improve existing campaigns, forecast and develop new strategies that will inform future conclusions.
• Develop both technical marketing skills and general business strategy acumen to support the advancement of the paid media discipline at RVOH. 
• Act as a key point of contact between paid media team and internal stakeholders to successfully execute comprehensive digital marketing programs for advertising clients.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience with an established track record meeting performance goals in paid media advertising.
• Self-starter with willingness to drive the business forward and take ownership of tasks, tactics, and strategy. Flexibility with evolving strategy a must.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail, accuracy and accountability.
• Solid interpersonal skills and a team player. Reliable communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in hands-on execution in paid social, search, and/or demand-side platforms (DSPs).
• Proficient with spreadsheet software, including pivot tables and standard formulas.

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

• Starting Salary: $79,300 - $90,000
