Capabilities

Oversee day-to-day training programs and initiatives, such as the mentoring program;
Organize program and project activities in order to support the creation of efficiencies, using prior experience in sound Program Management (PM) methodologies;
Support the establishment of clear and sustainable program objectives, and evaluate their effectiveness;
Provide risk mitigation suggestions and support implementation of Sponsor-approved efforts;
Consult with portfolio, program, and project managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks;
Monitor portfolio program, and/or project timelines and deadlines;
Keep stakeholders informed of portfolio, program and/or project timelines and deadlines;
Engage in a diverse set of tasks covering a broad set of consulting capabilities, including: analytical problem solving, reporting skills and techniques, documenting and evaluating business processes as well as making recommendations for process improvements;
Prepare and produce a variety of formal and informal communications, to include memos, emails, reports, and other correspondence as requested;
Support the implementation of new guidance and policies, when applicable;
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars;
Manage coordination and correspondence between internal and external bodies;
Manage miscellaneous data in spreadsheets.
