Requirements
  • Possess exceptional diary management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Providing support including:
  • Typing correspondence, drafting letters and emails
  • Diary management, booking travel and complex schedules, managing expenses
  • Coordinating proposals and valuations as required
  • Updating and maintaining files and internal systems
  • Effectively co-ordinating tasks and actions while managers are travelling.
  • Confident and efficient handling of client contact and relationships.
  • Establish good working relationships with the EA’s of high-priority clients and internally across the business.
  • Working closely with the Client Strategist supporting this department to ensure streamlined communication related to all business development and client engagement surrounding the Chairman and Vice Chairman.
  • Supporting the Business Developer/Client Strategist with Client and Business Development initiatives (e.g. updating the client system, sending large volumes of emails such as pre-sale targeting, event invitations etc.).
  • Effective liaison with other departments and international colleagues, in particular coordinating with the London and New York departments to ensure a seamless service to mutual clients.
  • Coordinating meetings and conference calls with foreign offices.
  • Organising all public relations and communications with the worldwide Press team.
  • Organising lunches and assisting with arrangements for dinners for VIP clients.
  • Dealing effectively with general queries, problem-solving and following tasks through to completion.
  • Supporting administration linked to personal life as required.
  • Ad hoc projects or support to other visiting Chairmen as assigned.
