Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in learning and development, instructional design, organizational development, human resources, communications, business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience designing and developing learning programs, curricula, instructional content, eLearning, enablement resources, or talent development solutions.
  • Experience designing blended learning solutions, including eLearning, instructor-led training, virtual learning, job aids, guides, videos, and facilitator and participant materials.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, learner experience design, accessibility, and practical workplace application of learning.
  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders, human resources business partners, trainers, leaders, or subject matter experts to assess needs, design solutions, and implement learning programs.
  • Ability to translate business needs, role expectations, competency frameworks, and field feedback into clear, practical, and scalable learning solutions.
  • Experience developing learning content in authoring tools, multimedia platforms, learning management systems, and related content creation software.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for field and office audiences.
  • Strong project management, organization, and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deliverables.
  • Ability to use data, feedback, and stakeholder input to evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related collaboration, learning, and content development tools.
  • Ability to work in the office five days per week.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, including job site visits during onboarding and throughout employment.
Responsibilities
  • Design field-forward learning programs, curricula, courses, and learner experiences that support onboarding, role readiness, development, and employee capability.
  • Translate business priorities, role expectations, competency frameworks, and stakeholder input into practical learning roadmaps, program designs, learning objectives, content outlines, and learner journeys.
  • Develop eLearning modules, instructor-led and virtual training materials, facilitator guides, participant resources, job aids, checklists, videos, communications, and other learning assets.
  • Partner with Operations, Human Resources Business Partners, and People Team partners to identify learning needs, validate content, support implementation, and ensure solutions work in field and office environments.
  • Equip and enable Human Resources Business Partners and program owners with tools, resources, guidance, and talking points to reinforce learning and drive adoption.
  • Apply adult learning principles, instructional design practices, learner experience design, and blended learning strategies to create engaging and measurable solutions.
  • Support field training pathways and learning experiences by creating consistent standards, materials, and resources that help employees understand expectations and build capability in current and future roles.
  • Build and maintain learning content in learning platforms and content repositories, ensuring materials are accurate, current, organized, and aligned to governance standards.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness using learner feedback, stakeholder input, completion and adoption data, performance indicators, and business context; recommend improvements based on insights.
  • Continuously improve learning programs and materials to keep content relevant, practical, inclusive, and aligned to operational realities.
  • Support learning intake, prioritization, project planning, content development timelines, quality reviews, and launch readiness for assigned learning initiatives.
  • Stay current on learning technology, eLearning tools, content development methods, and innovative approaches that can improve learner experience and operational impact.
