Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Analytics (preferably at a high-growth FinTech or consumer subscription product)
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, a record of working cross-functionally to achieve results.
  • 2+ years managing and developing less experienced analysts into more efficient and collaborative business partners
  • Working knowledge of statistics and A/B testing frameworks suitable for fast-paced, iterative product development
  • Sophisticated SQL skills, including proficiency in window functions and query optimization.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering and design to identify strategic opportunities to improve our product positioning to align with customer values
  • Influence the product roadmap for your designated product pod and those of your direct reports
  • Present recommendations, collaborate with and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Conduct analysis to help us understand customer behaviors, measure the impact of product enhancements, and identify gaps
  • Drive hypothesis driven testing, monitor and interpret results for an executive audience.
  • Manage Analysts focused on adjacent product areas. Help your direct reports improve their analytical acumen, storytelling, presentation and prioritization skills. Foster their career development.
