Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial operations, billing, or business services.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with university procurement policies and financial systems.
  • Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
  • Serves as the primary liaison for business service-related inquiries within the President’s Office.
  • Manage invoices, billing, and procurement processes for the Office of the President.
  • Oversee expense tracking and reconciliation, ensuring compliance with university financial policies and procedures.
  • Process payments for vendors, honorariums, and other expenditures in a timely manner.
  • Maintain financial records and assist with budget planning and reporting.
  • Work closely with the university’s finance and procurement offices to ensure seamless processing of financial transactions.
  • Support financial planning, cost analysis, and resource allocation for office operations.
  • Develops schedules and calendars of cyclical financial transactions in the office of the President to assist with planning.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to contracts, agreements, and vendor management.
  • Ensure all expenditures align with university financial policies and guidelines, advising on best practices.
  • Works, in collaboration with the Chief of Staff, to optimize service agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality support for the President’s Office.
  • Provides logistical support for Presidential events.
