Job Title: Talent and Organization Effectiveness Manager
Position Summary:
The Talent and Organization Effectiveness Manager will lead initiatives that enhance organizational performance through organizational design, strategic workforce planning, talent management and change management. This role is responsible for designing and executing programs that improve business outcomes, build organizational capability, and drive transformation. A key focus will be leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced analytics to optimize workforce strategies and organizational effectiveness.
This role partners closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners to diagnose organizational challenges, develop data-driven solutions, and implement sustainable change. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, a consultative mindset, and a passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Effectiveness Projects
Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on organizational development topics.
Design and implement organizational effectiveness initiatives, including org design, capability building, and leadership development.
Consult with leaders on organizational structure, role clarity, and team effectiveness.
Facilitate organizational assessments and deliver actionable insights.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Strategic Workforce Planning & Analytics
Lead workforce planning initiatives to align talent strategies with business goals.
Use AI-driven tools and predictive analytics to model workforce scenarios and identify future talent needs.
Consult on dashboards and reporting tools to monitor workforce metrics and trends.
Talent Review & Succession Planning
Lead the design and execution of the organization’s talent review process.
Partner with HR and business leaders to assess talent, identify successors, and create development plans.
Analyze talent data to inform strategic decisions and improve talent outcomes.
Change Management & Transformation
Develop and execute change management strategies for enterprise-wide initiatives.
Build change plans that address both technical and cultural aspects of transformation.
Coach leaders and teams through change, ensuring adoption and sustainability.
Requirements / Success Factors:
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, IO Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
3+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, or related HR disciplines.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence across a matrixed organization.
Strong analytical skills, including experience with data visualization and statistical tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Preferred:
Master’s degree or PhD in IO Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
Experience applying AI or machine learning in HR or organizational contexts.
Familiarity with tools such as Workday, Visier, Tableau, or other HR analytics platforms.

The Compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $115,000 USD per annum and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
