Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance software applications for medical devices within the Healthcare domain.

• Collaborate with System Engineers and Architects to analyze, understand, and design solutions based on requirements.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring stability, reliability, and performance.
• Perform detailed design, coding, testing, and documentation as part of project execution.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Implement unit test cases using appropriate testing frameworks.
• Support defect resolution and investigative analysis during development and release cycles.

Required Skills (Technical Competency)

• Strong coding and automation expertise in C# with experience in WPF and WinForms.
• Hands-on experience in desktop application development using C#.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Design and Programming (OOP) principles, including SOLID and design patterns.
• Experience with XAML, PRISM, and MVVM frameworks.
• Expertise in component unit test development and usage of frameworks like NUnit.
• Strong knowledge of multi-threaded programming and software development processes.
• Skilled in design, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to deliver stable, high-quality solutions.
• Familiarity with UML modeling and design tools such as Visio.
• Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a quality-first mindset.
• Passion for technology and coding, combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-location teams, ensuring process compliance and quality standards.

• Exposure to or knowledge of the Healthcare domain.
