  • 3–5 years of proven success in a B2B sales role, ideally within SaaS or a high-growth startup environment
  • At least 2 years of experience working on outbound sales
  • A highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets, with a strong track record of closing deals
  • Proficiency in lead generation, negotiation, and deal management, with a deep understanding of the full sales cycle
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate value propositions and build rapport with clients

Responsibilities
  • Win new business and drive revenue. Use multiple channels to find your way to the right people at prospective customers, educate them about our services, and help them succeed with Blinq. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals to first 12-month ARR expansion.
  • Manage a pipeline of primarily outbound prospects as well as inbound leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers.
  • Gather and share insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity to influence product roadmap and company strategy.
  • Identify areas for improvement within the sales process, develop playbooks, and establish scalable workflows for future team growth.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company, consistently upholding its mission, values, and value propositions in all client interactions and industry events.
