  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years work experience in sales and/or customer support.
Responsibilities
  • Telephonically sell Medtronic's product portfolio to retain existing customers
  • Work to achieve individual sales targets within the Diabetes product portfolio by quickly following up on leads generated through Medtronic’s marketing and sales efforts.
  • Identify, develop, and close leads for the business and refer on internal leads when appropriate.
  • Assist the field sales team in the planning and execution of sales activities
  • Set up patient accounts and document sales activities
  • Identify roadblocks and opportunities to improve the inside sales process.
  • Deliver a minimum of 30 outbound phone calls per day
