Responsibilities
  • Customer service mainly by email, quoting and order management (from quote to invoice) and various back office administrative tasks
  • In-depth knowledge on the customers portfolio of products
  • Creation of potential offers and assistance to our customers
  • Actively follow your sales cases as well as orders until execution
  • Work especially closely with colleagues in Spain
Desired Qualifications
  • Administrative or similar education and commercial working experience in sales back office or operations is preferred
  • Training will be provided
  • Location in Madrid or Alcobendas Spain is preferred
