Technical Writer Sr Rep

We are looking for a technical writer with a software background for internal engineering documentation to enable integration and deployment of Keysight products into the field.

• Collaborates with developer engineers to document processes, coding guidelines, APIs, and development best practices in an Agile environment
• Conducts interviews with various users and technical staff to gather data for documentation
• Researches and translates technical information into manuals and/or web-based documents for nontechnical and technical users
• Participates with the product development teams during all phases of product development to ensure future product usability and effective documentation
• Document engineering processes and specifications
• Recommends formats and content organization responsive to technical and customer requirements
• Produces products that conform to regulatory compliance standards and Keysight documentation and quality assurance standards
• Solves complex, high impact problems in technical writing assignments

• Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent. Typically 3+ years relevant experience for entry to this level
• Post-graduate or certifications desired
• Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise of complex technical software processes
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira) highly recommended
• Knowledge of Flare projects and compilation processes highly recommended
• Must have excellent understanding of English grammar and latest technical writing practices
