About Us:

Based in Bromborough, Teledyne CML Composites is a fast-growing manufacturer, supplying carbon/glass fibre composite parts and assemblies to some of the world’s leading aircraft and aero engine producers. Job Purpose

Working on a continental 4 on 4 off shift pattern 6 - 6, you will be supporting the business achieve customer targets.  You must have the ability to work unsupervised in a busy manufacturing environment and a level of numeracy is required.

You will be preparing frozen raw material in preparation for cutting as well as operating the kit cutting machine on preset programmes to produce panels in readiness for composites layup. You will be required to bag, and label cut panels in product order as well as control post cut freezer stock and issue parts from the freezer stock to lay up to plan.  

 Key Responsibilities:

• Support the manufacture of Composites Aerospace parts within the Cleanroom by operating the kit cutting machines and maintaining the freezer stock.

• Ensuring accuracy of detail on stock parts/kits.

• Work towards completion of all jobs within specified time scale.

• Comply to all Health and Safety measures within the Cleanroom and the wider organisation.

• Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and maintenance.

Training & Experience Requirements:

• Manufacturing experience is desirable but not a requirement.
