- Advanced knowledge of SQL and database structures
- Proven ability to execute against business requirements and coordinate with technology on release efforts
- Experience in Statistical Software / SAS, R, Hadoop, a plus

- Develop, maintain and produce clear and concise reporting which allow end users to easily interpret analysis findings to make critical business decisions
- Partner with data owners to create systemic connections to Operational and Compliance Risk datasets
- Identify data patterns and trends to examine past business and control performance
- Develop forward-looking reporting to help management anticipate and prepare for future events
- Implement strong internal controls over reporting lifecycle to ensure accuracy, on-time delivery, and audit-readiness
- Engage with cross-business and Line of Defense stakeholders to deliver on projects/initiatives and ensure reporting strategies are consistent
- Manage timelines and deliverables independently with limited supervision
- Translate data and analysis clearly and concisely
- Engage with Technology partners to manage SDLC process and oversee technology implementations
- Develop and Manage Adoption Strategies to ensure ROI with dashboard deployment
- Evaluate efficiency of existing reports and drive continuous improvements
