Requirements
  • BS in Engineering, Science, Architecture, Management, or related field or equivalent progressive experience in municipal civil/environmental projects
  • 8+ years of consulting or related professional experience; 12+ years preferred for those without a degree
  • Florida PE, PG, or Architect registration may be required
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable MVR
Responsibilities
  • Lead roadway, stormwater, and site development projects from kickoff to completion
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, ensuring every project meets client expectations
  • Build and mentor project teams of engineers, technicians, and support staff
  • Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and nurture client relationships
  • Present technical solutions and project updates to clients, stakeholders, and public officials
  • Drive business development by fostering long-term client partnerships
