  • Ability to perform repetitive wrist, hand, and finger movements.
  • Close visual acuity for viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, and interpretation.
  • Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to execute tasks independently, learn and memorize tasks, maintain concentration, multitask, prioritize work, and operate in a demanding environment.
  • Comfort working with and interacting with large groups of people daily.
  • Completion of required compliance training and testing annually and as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients and create positive patient experiences.
  • Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, respond to inquiries, and make outbound calls to patients promptly and courteously.
  • Register patients and verify that patient records are current and accurate.
  • Verify personal and insurance information for services and procedures.
  • Schedule appointments and procedures.
  • Reschedule missed appointments and cancellations.
  • Process medical record requests.
  • Collect and process patient payments.
  • Reconcile cash reports and collected monies daily.
  • Complete other functions requested by management.
