Requirements

  • Partner closely with AeroVect’s founders, engineering leaders, and principal recruiter to understand hiring objectives and align sourcing strategies.
  • Consistently generate a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates.
  • Contribute to delivering a high-quality and holistic candidate experience.
  • Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent, including networking, events, and marketing.
