Responsibilities
  • Strategic Initiative Execution (Primary Focus): Translate enterprise priorities into executable plans by defining scope, outcomes, milestones, and success metrics. Lead the structuring of initiatives that may begin with incomplete input, creating clarity, alignment, and forward momentum across stakeholders.
  • Facilitation & Alignment Leadership: Proactively facilitate cross-functional conversations to define direction, align stakeholders, and drive decisions. Guide leaders through ambiguity—ensuring initiatives are shaped, prioritized, and actionable rather than waiting for fully formed plans.
  • Change Management & Adoption (Elevated Priority): Lead change management planning and execution across strategic initiatives. Ensure leaders and teams are prepared, aligned, and supported to adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working. Embed change management practices into all major initiatives.
  • Enterprise Coordination & Ownership: Partner across all business functions to ensure alignment, accountability, and progress. Act as the central point of orchestration across initiatives to drive enterprise-wide execution.
  • Project Management Framework & Governance: Establish and enforce consistent methods for scoping, planning, prioritization, execution, and tracking across all initiatives. Implement disciplined governance and execution standards.
  • Structured Planning & Resourcing:Develop detailed road maps, manage dependencies, and assess resource needs across initiatives. Ensure appropriate allocation and alignment of resources to strategic priorities.
  • Execution Rhythm & Delivery Cadence: Own and lead execution cadences including standups, sprint planning, and weekly reviews. Maintain consistent momentum and quickly surface and address blockers.
  • Roadblock Management & Problem Solving: Anticipate risks and proactively resolve issues impacting delivery using structured problem-solving and escalation when necessary.
  • Executive Communication: Provide concise, decision-ready updates to executive leadership, including initiative status, risks, tradeoffs, and required actions.
  • Metrics & Performance Tracking: Define and track KPIs and initiative health metrics. Provide transparency into progress, throughput, and business impact.
  • Progress Reviews & Continuous Reprioritization:Conduct regular performance reviews across initiatives, adjusting priorities, resources, and plans to manage critical path risks.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve execution workflows, delivery methods, and PMO standards to increase efficiency and predictability.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure all initiatives are aligned to enterprise priorities and deliver measurable business value.
