Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, customer marketing and/or product marketing, ideally in SaaS/Self-Serve, with a focus on digital channel optimization.
  • Experience developing, managing, and iterating programs, and the ability to measure their effectiveness on the acquisition funnel.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven work style.
  • Experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau).
  • Experience using a project management platform (e.g., Asana, Pivotal, Monday, or Jira).
  • Experience with a customer referral platform is a big plus (e.g. Extole).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., SQL) is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to acquire and engage prospects and customers.
  • Maximize the referral rate of SimplePractice’s existing customer base through effective management and optimization of our Customer Referral Program.
  • Partner with the Product Management teams to optimize in-product placement of referral program messaging to generate awareness and participation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business goals, target audience personas, and product/service offerings to develop engaging content and digital experiences that drive qualified prospects through the customer acquisition funnel and beyond.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points and uncover opportunity areas.
  • Develop tactical briefs and website user stories to translate high-level program strategies into actionable plans, user flows and requirements for efficient execution.
  • Manage growth experiments through the full journey of ideation, planning, content creation, launch, and iteration.
