- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of experience in automation engineering, DevOps, or platform integration roles
- Strong scripting skills: Python, PowerShell, or Bash
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Experience with containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, EKS, or GKE)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of monitoring & observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
- Exposure to API integrations (REST, SOAP, GraphQL)
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
- Design, build, and maintain automation workflows across multiple platforms and systems
- Develop integration solutions using APIs, webhooks, and third-party connectors
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to support deployment automation
- Build and maintain infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
- Ensure solutions follow security, compliance, and best practices
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation processes for performance and scalability
- Document processes, solutions, and architectural designs
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or ITSM platform automation
- Knowledge of RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism)
- Experience with SonarQube integration in pipelines
- Familiarity with security automation (DevSecOps)
