- Receive and process collection orders.
- Support international customers in writing and by telephone with cross-border accounts receivable management.
- Independently conduct collection proceedings and review the plausibility of claims and completeness of collection orders.
- Prepare payment reminders and review outstanding receivables, including clarifying payment objections and obstacles.
- Communicate in writing and by telephone with creditors and debtors.
- Prepare data for internal billing.
- Process customer complaints.
- Verbal fluency in French, Croatian, Slovenian, or Serbian.
- Initial experience in the forwarding sector or accounts receivable management.
- Legal knowledge.
