Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership to design, implement, and improve processes and workflows.

  • Work closely with leadership to create accurate forecasts.
  • Oversee the implementation and administration of technology tools, including CRM systems. Provide training and support to the revenue team on the effective use of tools.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and deliver training programs. Onboard new team members, ensuring integration into processes and tools.
  • Work with finance to design and administer revenue incentive programs.
  • Document processes, procedures, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance.
