We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at ICAT. This role will be based in Broomfield, Colorado. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This role is in the operations of a Managing General Agency (MGA), understanding how catastrophic modeling impacts underwriting, pricing, and risk management while making a direct impact on business results through your analytical skills.
We will count on you to:
Service a book of business throughout the full policy lifecycle while adhering to service standards.
Build and maintain relationships with agency partners and sales representatives to enhance risk classification, bind ratios, and sales volume.
Understand agency management, product distribution, and claims procedures to support growth and underwriting profit.
Create and maintain operational procedures to ensure efficiency.
Communicate professionally with producers via phone, email, and chat regarding underwriting, policy servicing, and billing inquiries.
Mentor and train less experienced team members while collaborating cross-functionally with Compliance, Claims, Product, and Underwriting for process improvements and product enhancements.
What you need to have:
1+ year of work experience in an office environment, preferably within the financial services industry.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and intellectual curiosity, coupled with effective communication skills.
Excellent customer service abilities and strong time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Teams.
What makes you stand out:
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
3+ years of insurance or closely related office experience, with successful completion of insurance and/or financial designations.
Experience utilizing third-party catastrophe risk modeling services.

All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.#ICATThe applicable base salary range for this role is $40,900 to $87,100.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
