Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in media buying, with a proven track record of managing complex and high-budget campaigns.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital advertising platforms and media buying techniques.
  • At least 3 years of experience in media buying tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), as well as analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience managing and optimizing campaigns across paid social, paid search, programmatic, and display channels.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing vendor relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining a strong adherence to best practices.
  • A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and staying ahead of industry trends.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive media buying strategies that align with overarching marketing goals and objectives.
  • Lead the optimization of media campaigns through advanced data analysis, adjusting strategies to enhance performance and maximize ROI.
  • Oversee the allocation and management of significant media budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate with media vendors to secure the best possible rates and placements for advertising campaigns.
  • Serve as the primary client contact for all media buying-related matters, providing regular updates on campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and client services, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior media buyers, sharing best practices and helping to develop their skills.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in media buying and digital advertising.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working in an agency.
  • Experience working with different ad platforms, such as YouTube Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads.
  • Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or B2C marketing.
  • Expertise in using marketing automation tools and platforms.
