Requirements
  • Experience in a product-led organization in Product Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, or Sales Strategy and Planning teams
  • Should possess a highly effective interpersonal style and strong analytical skills
  • A proven track record as a decisive, action-oriented individual who has led cross-functional global teams to define and achieve high-value objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to create and present executive-level presentations to obtain agreement
  • Understand and deliver financial data and metrics, macro-business economics and build actionable plans and prioritize in highly matrixed environments
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate product performance, identify risks and opportunities, prioritizing high-value products, optimize resource allocation across the portfolio and balancing the product mix among strategic buckets
  • Align the product portfolio with business strategies to achieve target revenue and profitability
  • Analyzing B2B data; identify purchase trends, channel market shifts, generate insight for portfolio opportunities and threats, key performance indicator and metric tracking, proposing new product opportunities or existing product improvement/acceleration actions where necessary
  • Collaborate with the commercial and portfolio teams to drive the portfolio strategy and optimization of the portfolio, including offer analytics, EOL of under-performing products, leading areas of the product gate process and developing plans to drive performance of focus products
  • Report on KPIs to executives and stakeholders regularly, and lead ongoing business review forums with executives and and key stakeholders
  • Exercise strong problem-solving skills and work cross-functionally to resolve issues and develop plans to drive offer performance
  • Development of clear action plans (e.g. Quarterly strategy reviews, tactical recommendations) backed by data analysis to drive market share, sales and profitability for the team
  • Identify and analyze the most critical trends, threats, disrupters and opportunities that the business will face, and map out recommendations for how to counter
  • Develop presentation content to support executive meetings and workshops across all levels of the organization. Support operational and business performance reviews
  • Collaborating with cross-functional global teammates to execute new product introductions (NPI) and Lead Gates preparation from the Portfolio Business Mgmt function
Desired Qualifications
  • Be flexible working remotely while creating trust and a great internal/external network
  • Consulting background or/and Project Management experience as an advantage
  • Experience working in a multicultural, global environment
  • A technology industry professional with cross-functional experience (e.g., Product Line Management, Merchandising, Marketing, Planning)
