Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Managing procurement activities and purchase order execution for assigned suppliers.
  • Driving on-time delivery performance and ensuring materials are available to meet business requirements.
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers and serving as the primary point of contact for procurement-related activities.
  • Identifying and resolving supply chain challenges, escalating issues when necessary, and communicating progress to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with planning, engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure seamless order execution.
  • Monitoring supplier performance and implementing improvement plans to enhance delivery, quality, and cost performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with company sourcing policies, contractual requirements, and procurement procedures.
  • Supporting negotiations related to pricing, lead times, and commercial terms where applicable.
  • Analyzing procurement data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and supplier management processes.
  • Managing multiple suppliers and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Keeping internal stakeholders informed of supplier performance, delivery risks, delays, and mitigation plans.
